Some of these images have rather disturbing looking cyan spots where the images go to bright white. This would appear to be a bug in the image conversion routines used by the ImageMagick utilities which I used to convert them. When I get better conversions, I'll make them available.
There are pictures here of many southern objects such as Tarantula nebula, the Large and Small Magellenic clouds, 47 Tucanae, and Omega Centauri, as well as the more familiar (at least to North American astronomers) Orion and Trifid nebulas.
